Middlesex & Surrey Borders section of the British Koi Keepers Society was formed in September 1983 and is one of the premier sections of the British Koi Keepers Society (BKKS), and is here to promote the hobby of Koi Keeping, Nishikigoi. If you are not a section member and are interested in the wonderful hobby of Koi Keeping, then please consider joining in with these like minded people, we have lots to offer in the way of combined knowledge and experience which members are only too happy to pass on. If you or someone you know would like to join our section then please get in touch, the contact details can be found by following the 'contact us' link on the left hand side navigation. We meet on the FIRST THURSDAY of every month and start at about 8.00pm and you are most welcome to come along. This is a private members club and entry is via the entrance from the car park. There is a camera door entry system, so push the button and await entry buzzer. There are two small car parks attached to the club, with another larger public car park about 100-150mtrs away. At these club nights members are able to purchase good quality Koi food and other essential goods at competitive prices from our Supplies Officer. You will find that the considerable savings on shop prices can save you the membership fee within a short time of joining our section. We usually have a break about 9.30pm and during this period raffle tickets are on sale. The prizes are usually a mixture of Koi related items, drink etc. We hope you enjoy using this, our new website, and if you have any comments or suggestions, please make contact and let us know. |
