    18th July 2004 : MSB Annual Closed Show
    The Closed Show will again be held at The Rosery, Felix Lane, Shepperton, Middlesex on Sunday July 18th by kind permission of Rosie & Barrie Alger-Street.
    With the new Show Chairman, Dene Crisp, in place we are hoping to create the best show to date!   As well as the Grand Champion and Baby Champion we will be also be having an Adult Champion with a new crystal trophy very kindly donated by Sue & Colin Ravenhill.  The Championship Trophies will be held for 11 months and should be returned to the Show Chairman / Show Vice-Chairman.  On their return an engraved plaque commemorating the Championship Win will be given out.
    This year we will be having 3 size groups covering 13 varieties in total:
  • Size 1 & 2
  • Size 3 & 4
  • Size 5 & 6
    • The Show Committee has decided that plaques will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd placed fish as well as certificates.  VAT’s are £6.00 each (maximum of 100” of fish per VAT) and can be booked from the Show Chairman, Dene Crisp at the club meetings or by phone.
    STOP PRESS!! VAT’s are almost fully booked so hurry along and book one if you want to show your fish!
    The Show Committee have tried to have something for everyone so the following have either been booked or have confirmed their attendance:

  • Fenns Lane Nursery

  • Taurus Ornamentals

  • Simply Koi

    • ..... as well as – Raffles, Auction, BBQ, Bar, Colouring competition for the kids, etc.

    15th - 17th October 2004 : Laguna 5 Section Koi Show
    Bracklesham Bay Festival of Fish keeping - featuring the Laguna 5 Section Southern Koi Festival Worthing, South Hants, South East, Plymouth and the MSB sections have teamed together at this FBAS event.
